Dining Delights at Ty’n Rhos
It’s rare to see that a hotel will have food that is equally as amazing as the accommodation services, however, at Ty’n Rhos we have one of the best restaurants Caernarfon which is seen as the highlight of many of our guests stay.
Enjoy a romantic dinner overlooking the amazing beautiful sunset which can been seen anywhere within our restaurant. Or perhaps, make your way out onto the patio outside where you can tuck in whilst taking in the sunshine.
Our menus at Ty’n Rhos change on a daily basis, which is dependent on what good produce the chefs have sourced on that particular day. But not to worry, there’s always something on the menu for everyone, with no two days the same. Make sure to take advantage of our different dining options which include two, three or five course evening dinner starting from just £36.50 pp!
At our restaurant we now serve the famous Welsh Wagyu Beef. This marbled meat comes directly from our family run farm within Montgomeryshire. Wagyu cattle are considered a national treasure in Japan and raising them is considered to be an artform. So, to have your chance to have a taste of this very rare meat, make sure you let us know in advance when you book!
Lazy Sunday? No problem. We serve a fresh traditional Sunday Lunch between 12pm and 2pm which includes a three-course meal that includes a choice of 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts. All our dishes use only the best locally produced fresh vegetables all hand prepared by our wonderful team of chefs.
Why not top your meal off with our wide selection of wines? Whether it’s white, red or rose that is your preferred tipple, we will always have a bottle that will accompany your meal perfectly! As well as conventional wines we also have a few bio-dynamic wines which are all great value for money.
As well as an amazing dining experience we also offer afternoon tea options for those feeling a little peckish before dinner. Sit back, relax and take a bite of our very traditional finger sandwiches, a range of Welsh and English Cakes all with a choice of tea or coffee. If you’re celebrating why not go that extra mile with a glass of Prosecco or Champagne or maybe even two!
All children are welcome in the dining room during Sunday lunch service and breakfast however, as we provide a fine dining intimate experience, we unfortunately, don’t allow small children into the dining room of an evening. But don’t worry, you don’t have to miss out! We have a large conservatory area which is perfect for children. As our menu is ever changing, we don’t have a children’s menu on offer, but we are happy to rustle them up a small pasta dish if asked for in advance.
