All of our wines are carefully chosen to match the season and the dishes on our menus. We use prestigious local wine merchants Tanners, who are well known throughout the UK for being among the best independent wine shippers. We work closely with Tanners to provide an exciting selection of wines, offering a wide grape variety for all tastes and dishes.
Our wines are always competitively priced to give you the best value for money and we never waver on quality.
You will find that all our wines are perfectly selected for the appropriate season throughout the year and we even have our extra special Wines of the Month for you to try. The ‘wines of the month’ have been carefully chosen to match the current menu and time of year so please feel free to enquire about our current ‘wine of the month’ when you visit our fine dining restaurant in Caernarfon.
You can see our current spring ‘wines of the month’ here. The U San Muletto Irrésistible Blanc, Ile de Beauté 2013 is a fragrant and creamy white with an aromatic and fresh fruit finish. The U San Muletto Irrésistible Rouge, Pays de Île de Beauté 2013 is a lively and fruity red with a spicy nose, a great easy drinking red. These ‘wines of the month’ are from the eastern coast on the island of Corsica.
You will always find a wine to perfectly compliment your dish and if you would like advice on which wines go best with which gourmet dish our friendly dining staff are on hand to share their wine knowledge.
Our fine dining restaurant in Caernarfon has developed a firm reputation for gourmet excellence over the years and we have a dedicated ‘foodie’ following. Our chefs not only provide delicious and visually beautiful food, but they also use their knowledge of great food to develop new creations that are unique to our restaurant.
Our restaurant is open from 6.30pm until 8.45pm every day to both residents and non-residents. We also offer a traditional Sunday Lunch.
